Refund Policy

This policy explains the current operational process for refund requests, payment mistakes, order corrections, and digital delivery issues.
The website does not currently provide a public self-service refund portal. Refund requests are handled through support and, when applicable, through Stripe.
How To Request Help
Email support with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment details by email.
Picture Day Special Orders
- If you selected cash/pay-later, contact us before picture day if you need to correct or cancel the pending order.
- If you paid by card through Stripe Checkout, contact us about duplicate charges, accidental duplicate orders, wrong league/team selections, incorrect customer details, or orders that could not be fulfilled.
- Because picture day work can involve custom photography, athlete matching, order handling, and digital delivery, refund eligibility may depend on timing, whether services have already been performed, and whether files or products have already been delivered.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an issue on our side, we will review a refund, correction, replacement, or other reasonable support option.
Digital Product Purchases
Digital products are delivered electronically through token-gated download links. Because files can be copied after delivery, digital product refunds are reviewed case by case.
We will review requests involving duplicate purchases, inaccessible links, corrupted files, incorrect files, or other delivery problems. If a link expires, contact support; the usual remedy is a replacement link when the order can be verified.

Stripe And Processing Time
- Card payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. The site does not store raw card numbers or card security codes.
- Approved card refunds may take time to appear, depending on Stripe, the card network, and the card issuer.
- If Stripe reports a payment as failed or cancelled, no paid order may be created by the website.
Chargebacks And Disputes
Contact support first so we can investigate and help. Chargebacks, bank disputes, or fraud claims may require us to provide order, payment, delivery, and support records to Stripe, the card network, or the payment provider.
