Digital Download Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased through the photographer store, including items such as Photoshop actions, layered backgrounds, bundles, and related downloadable files.

Digital delivery is tied to a paid store order and a token-gated download link sent by email.

How Delivery Works

  • After Stripe confirms a paid store checkout, the website creates a store order and one download token for each purchased product.
  • Download links are sent to the customer email address provided at checkout when Resend email is configured.
  • Each link points first to this website, where the token is checked before the file is served to the browser.
  • Product files may be stored in Vercel Blob or another supported external file provider configured by the site administrator.
  • Larger products may be hosted through Google Drive or another external provider using a manual admin-provided source URL, then delivered through site-controlled download links where supported.

Download Link Expiration

Download links currently expire 7 days after the paid order is created. Save your files to your own computer or storage before the links expire.

If a link expires or you cannot access a file, contact support with your order number and checkout email address. Replacement links are handled by support after order verification.

Security And Download Records

  • Download tokens are generated as long random token strings and are not intended to be guessed.
  • The download route checks token format, paid order status, expiration, and file availability before serving the file.
  • The site records download counts and last-downloaded timestamps for support and abuse-prevention purposes.
  • Download requests are rate-limited to slow enumeration or abuse attempts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use the email address you can access at checkout.
  • Save purchased files before the download link expires.
  • Do not publish or share download links publicly.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, package, or share the purchased files as standalone products unless a specific product page gives you written permission.

Technical Issues

If a file is unavailable, corrupted, incorrectly delivered, or blocked by an expired token, contact support. The usual support path is to verify the order and provide a corrected file, replacement link, or other case-by-case remedy.
